...Catching up...
First off....for all those who don't know...WE ARE EXPECTING! We are so excited! Our Due date is June 14th. It seems so far way, but time flys so I know it will be here so soon!
We had the funnest time in Salt Lake on Wednesday and Thursday. We were sent on a scavenger hunt. Ty and I were told by my mom to have the 19th and 20th free, but she wouldn't tell us anything....so i'll take you through it....PS we can't look at the next clue until the time stated or your finshed with the last one.
WEDNESDAY
7:20am: Tyler gets home from work,my dad's car in parked in our drive way with treats, a cooler of drinks, and a stack of envelopes. 1st Clue: our packing list....and get ready.
8:15am: 2nd clue: (We could open it when we were in the car and ready and packed.)Breakfast at the EGG & I.
9:15am: Get on I-15 and start driving. Open next clue and the point of the mountain.
1:30pm: Directions to our hotel.(We were told to hang out and we could open the next one at 3:30)
3:30pm: Get ready (no denim) for dinner reservations at The Roof at 5:00. Dinner was amazing. It was one of our favorite parts. It is this beautiful restaurant that over looks the Temple. After we finished dinner we could open the next one.
6:30pm: TICKETS TO THE CARRIE UNDERWOOD CONCERT AT THE EAST CENTER! We were about ready to die!! 3 Row, Floor! We love Carrie Underwood. She was AMAZING in concert! Little Big Town opened, and they did good.
THURSDAY
8:00am: We got home so late, but our next clue was to be opened at 8:00. It was a couples Massage and Treatments at The Sanctuary Spa at 10am. It was so fun. We loved it. It was so good to spend time together. Sometimes School, and work causes our scedules to get crazy and we don't get to see each other tons.So it was great just being with each other. After the spa we did some christmas shopping and ate and headed home! The drive was pretty funny too! ha ha The trip was all planned by my mom who said she had more fun just planning it all. It is part of our Christmas gift. But it was amazing, and we'll never forget it! Thanks mom! We love you!
