We headed out Saturday morning for Lake Powell. We took some friends out to the house boat. They came back late Monday night and Ty & I stayed til Tuesday! It was a freaking blast. We ate, then went out on the boat...then ate...then swam..then ate and ate and ate! ha ha. There were 8 of us total. It was a blast! Lots of memories!
Church in Page was so fun! They were pretty much all Navajo. The speakers were the Bishop and 1st Counseler. They would randomly start talking in Navajo....we dont know if they were just translating or just not realizing they were talking a different language...it wasn't consistant enough for translating??? ha ha oh well! It was fun! They kept referring to themselves as the lamenites! "We get o-fended if someone look at us wrong...and we need not do that"!
